- Scholarships and Bursaries
What is the difference between a bursary and a scholarship?
A Bursary is means-tested funding provided by the School to assist talented pupils in obtaining a place at Berkhamsted School when it wouldn't otherwise be accessible.
A Scholarship is awarded for outstanding performance or potential and carries a small amount of financial remission. Means-tested additional funding is available for those who have been offered a scholarship to increase the level of the award.
